The bachelor´s thesis is focused on problems of internal direction by creating accounting procedure. In introduction is analysis of problems connection with design directions and with problems of stocktaking. Next part of this thesis is focused on design of suitable internal direction for stocktaking for chosen company. The aim of this thesis is design suitable direction, which will be suitable for requirements of company by internal of possession and by stocktaking of property.

This bachelor’s thesis is focussed on problems of accounting policy in one non-profit organization. An analysis of legislative requirements related to the topic is presented at the beginning of the thesis. Afterwards the thesis investigates cerrent accounting procedure in the organization and points out its practical weak spots. The target of this bachelor’s thesis is to redesign, to update and to improve the organization’s accounting procedure. Finally, in the bachelor’s thesis the acceptable accounting policy for the organization’s management is presented here.

The goal of this master´s thesis: Audit from the Perspective of a Company” is to identify discretions and duties of a company based on the obligation to verify financial statement by the auditor. Among fundamental duties of the company belongs obligation to provide all important information for the financial statement. That´s the reason, why I chose to summarize necessary law, accounting and tax documents as a partial target of this thesis.

Diploma thesis focuses on inventories from own operations in the Strojírny Prostějov, a.s. The first part of the work is focused on theoretical background related to this area. In the analytical section there is description of the procedures of the current valuation, accounting and stocktaking according to current internal guideline. The practical part of the thesis is a draft amendment to the current directive, which describes the valuation of inventories from own operations and booking from the year 2016 so that the company has fulfilled the requirements of the valid legislation on the true and fair view of its assets.

This thesis focuses on the problem of internal guidelines for accounting in a selected company. The first section provides theoretical background of accountancy and internal guidelines. The main tasks of the second part of this work is an analysis of the current company guidelines’ state, identifying imperfections and, consequently, design new or update already existing directives. The aim of the thesis is to increase the efficiency of the management process in the company.

The master's thesis is focused on creation internal directives for selected company. The thesis includes the legislative background of accounting and areas, for which were created directives. Intradepartmental adaptations of these documents were created in accordance with legislation and needs of company. They were created suggestions for new directions for the chart of accounts, business trips and travelling expenses, foreign currency rates and luncheon vouchers.
